Can work up to 20 hours per week during academic sessions and full-time (40 hours per week) during summer or semester breaks. |

No minimum period; full-time. If over 12 months, student forfeits Optional Practical Training. Must be in US for 9 months. Some exceptions, must enroll 3 hrs. |

Documentation must be mailed to USCIS; EAD required. Processing time approx. 3 months. Can apply 90 days before completion of program. |
Must be related to field of study. Must be in the US for 9 months. Can be full or part-time. Time used before completion of degree will be subtracted from the 12-month period. |
