The successful recruitment of graduate students requires a commitment of human and financial resources as well as a logical plan that takes into account the particular needs and resources of the individual department. This section is meant to provide faculty members with information about resources, services, and things to be considered when developing a recruiting plan as well as tools to help manage the admissions process and welcome new students.
