GTA Workshop
Each Fall the Graduate School hosts a three day workshop for new graduate teaching assistants. The presenters--faculty members, program directors, and experienced GTAs--have all volunteered their time and expertise to offer this multi-faceted program. These sessions are designed to assist you in preparing to teach classes and laboratories, as well as to grade papers and interact with your students. Your department will stipulate in your assistantship agreement or in a subsequent letter whether you are required to attend this workshop.
